We ship within the United States. Service manuals and schematics go out via USPS Media Mail — an economical, tracked service made for printed material — at a low flat rate. Audio and video equipment ships USPS or UPS Ground, priced by weight and destination. Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as yours is on its way.
Condition & as-is sales
Everything we sell is vintage or pre-owned. Service manuals are original OEM printed copies; some show honest age — light wear, punch holes, or shelf marks — which we call out when it’s significant. Audio and video equipment is sold as-is, in the condition described and photographed, unless a listing states a specific warranty.
Returns
Because these are original vintage items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please look over the photos and description carefully, and reach out with any questions before you buy — we’re glad to help you confirm a fit.
Damaged in transit
If something arrives damaged from shipping, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
